Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship your order( usually 1 with exceptions to holidays). Expect an email within 1-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way.
*Be aware this is a lead time and refers to how long it will take That Classy Glass to hand a package to the carrier (USPS or UPS) all other shipping times and estimates will be help responsible by or provided carriers.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 12.50 mi of our facility. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed before 5:00pm (MST) during store hours 9:00am to 6:00pm (MST) will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
ALL LOCAL DELIEVERY IS FREE IF WITHTHIN DELIEVERY RANGE.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Standard (UPS or USPS) 3-4 business day shipping with a flat rate of $4.50
Free Express (UPS or USPS) 1-2 business day shipping on orders over $100
Orders under $100 Express 1-2 business day shipping with a flat rate of $8.50
We do not ship outside of USA at this time.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF THE PRODUCT IS IN WORKING CONDITION OR OTHERWISE UNDAMAGED.
The only exception to this policy is if the product was damaged during the delivery process to which we will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs which the customer must provide. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customersupport@thatclassyglass.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. THERE IS A 2 DAY GRACE PERIOD FOR DAMAGED ORDERS TO BE SUBMITTED FROM DELIVERY DATE. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
